Excerpt/Capsule:
Often, you might want to convert your PowerPoint slides, handouts, or notes to a PDF that can be distributed. The biggest advantage of creating a PDF is that it can be viewed on any platform: Windows, Mac, or Linux -- and it can also be password protected. You can also include slide transitions to some extent in PDFs created fropm PowerPoint, and make them play full screen to mimic a PowerPoint slide show.
We'll cover these and more in this series:
- Getting Office 2007's Save as PDF Add-in
- Using the Office 2007 Save as PDF Add-in
- PDFs From PowerPoint Troubleshooting Issues
- Using Adobe's PDF Print Driver
